Gut Loving Ice Lollies

These lollies are packed with probiotics from the coconut yogurt and fiber from the dates, making them a delicious and nutritious treat for your gut health.

Makes 6.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/3 cup coconut yogurt
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 6 dates, pitted
Instructions:
1. Add the coconut milk, coconut yogurt, almond butter, cocoa powder, and dates to a blender. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
2. Carefully pour the mixture into 6 lolly moulds, making sure they are evenly filled.
3. Place the moulds in the freezer and freeze for at least 12 hours, or until completely solid.
4. To release the lollies, run the moulds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull them out.
5. Your gut-healthy coconut-almond lollies are ready to enjoy!
