Rise and shine with this Protein-Packed Kimchi Omelette!
This recipe is bursting with gut loving goodness from the kimchi, and packs a protein punch from the eggs.
Perfect for anytime of the day for a quick but protein packed and gut loving meal!
Ingredients:
Serves 1
2 eggs
1/2 bell pepper, diced
2 spring onions, sliced
Small handful of grated cheese
1/2 cup of kimchi
Method:
In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs, bell pepper, spring onions, cheese, and the kimchi. Sizzle in a hot pan with oil for 5-7 mins (you can also add a lid to help cook the top of the omelette). Fold, plate with rocket, and finish with a drizzle of honey, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
